Which group class is suitable for beginners?
Beginners are welcome to join either our Mat Pilates or Reformer Pilates classes. However, we strongly recommend starting with a Private trial session if you’re new to Pilates. This allows our instructors to guide you on safely navigating the equipment, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable transition into group classes.

How do I book a Private/Duet session?
To book an appointment, please WhatsApp us with the following details: your name, session type (Private or Duet), preferred dates and times for the trial, and any injuries or conditions we should be aware of.
Kindly note, we require at least one week’s notice for bookings, and payment is needed to confirm your session.
